Welcome to the Delaware Department of Labor, Division of Unemployment Insurance Claimant Portal.
This portal allows claimants to:
- file an official change of address request
- submit fact finding information
- file an appeal
- print a medical certificate
- print a work search log
After you have filed a valid claim for unemployment benefits you will need to register to use this portal. The claimant portal will allow you to submit information to our offices or print forms that are required for your claim.
